iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch Email Setup
If you want to access your Zoom email account on your iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch, please review the following steps:
- Tap Settings
- Tap Passwords & Accounts
- Tap Add Account
- Tap Other
- Tap Add Mail Account
- Enter Name, Full Email Address,Password and Descripton
- Tap Next
- Select IMAP on the top bar

Enter Incoming Mail Server settings -- ALL fields must be completed

Host Name: imap.zoominternet.net on port 143
- User Name: full email address ex.(test@zoominternet.net)
- Password

Enter Outgoing Mail Server settings -- ALL fields must be completed
- Host Name: smtp.zoominternet.net on port 587
- User Name: full email address ex.(test@zoominternet.net)
- Password
- Tap Next
- The account will verify, if successful, then tap Save on the last screen
That's it. You should now be able to access your Zoom email account on your iOS device. If you get a message that your account cannot be set-up using a S.S.L. Connection, click "Yes" to try a set-up without using the S.S.L. Connection. If you are still having trouble, contact us. We're here to help!
