Audio Cutting In and Out

If you are experiencing audio cutting in and out, please review the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • If you have a surround sound system, turn it OFF or disable it and utilize the TV's speakers
  • Check the connections and be sure they are securely connected to the set-top box.
