Installing Trend Micro
As a Zoom Internet customer, Armstrong provides Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security at no additional charge.
If you need assistance installing Trend Micro, please review the following steps:
Click here to create or view your Trend Micro serial number and download the appropriate install file.
Windows™ Installation Steps:
- Double-click the "trend_windows.exe" to begin the installation.

Enter your serial number and agree to terms to proceed.
- Note: to install Trend Micro, you must remove any previously installed security software from your computer. In most cases, Trend Micro will automatically perform this step. If, for any reason, this step fails, you will need to manually remove any security software installed on your computer.
- You may need to restart your computer.
- Enter your computer name and email address. Click the 'Next' button after entering the info.
- When installation has completed, Trend Micro icons will be added to the desktop or Start Menu.
FOR OLDER VERSIONS OF WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM:
Microsoft has formally announced Windows 8, Windows Vista and Windows XP End of Support. Because Microsoft no longer fixes issues on these versions, it has become increasingly difficult for Trend Micro to keep users safe on these operating systems. We encourage all of our users to upgrade their PCs to a more modern operating system which will provide greater stability and security.

MacOS® Installation Steps:

Double-click the "Install Trend Micro Titanium" icon to begin installation.

Note: to install Trend Micro, you must remove any previously installed security software from your computer.
In most cases, Trend Micro will automatically perform this step. If, for any reason, this step fails, you will
need to manually remove any security software installed on your computer.
- Install the software by clicking "Continue" and enter the serial number when prompted.
- When installation is complete, activate Trend Micro by providing your email address.
- Trend Micro should now be installed. If not, contact us. We're here to help!
