  • Click on "Create Filters" in the left hand menu.
  • Click on the "Create Filter" button.
  • Enter a Filter Name. (Example: "SPAM Filter: High")
  • Click on the drop down that says "Subject" and select "Header Named".
  • In the text box beside "Header Named" enter X-Spam-Rating.
  • In the text box beside "contains" enter one of the following, depending on your preference for spam detection:
    • For Low Spam Filter: *** (Header Named > X-Spam-Rating > contains > ***

If you receive email that you feel is harassing or obscene, you can send a copy of the unsolicited email to the sender's webmaster (typically webmaster@whatever.com) along with your complaint. If the sender is a Zoom Internet customer, forward a copy of the email message along with your complaint to abuse@zoominternet.net.
