On Demand error codes explained

If you received On Demand errors CL-16, ERR-13 or VOD-13 that means you have selected a high definition On Demand program, and you do not have a high definition set-top box or an HD TV. To resolve the issue, select the standard definition title. High definition titles are identified by "HD" in the program's title. Standard definition titles have no "HD" identifier in the title.

If you received On Demand error CM-91 or SRM-20, you attempted to Pause or watch a program when the system was experiencing heavier than usual demand. If you were trying to watch a title in high definition, try the standard definition version. Otherwise, to resolve the issue, try again later.
