To Be Announced message displays on the On-Screen Guide

If the On-Screen Guide is displaying a "To Be Announced" message rather than program information on some or all channels, please review the following steps to resolve the issue:

• If the set-top box was recently installed or your household experienced a power loss, On-Screen Guide data will be fully restored in 24 to 48 hours.
• If the set-top box is plugged into a Smart Power Strip, make sure it is plugged into an outlet labeled "Not Controlled".
