Moving your Armstrong services to a new address


If you’re moving to an area with Armstrong, you can transfer your service in three simple steps.

1.

Let us know when and where

Setup your transfer online or contact us at 1.877.277.5711 and we'll check if you can get Armstrong at your new address and coordinate your installation date.

2.

Review and approve

We’ll review all the details of your service package with you before you even begin packing for your move.

3.

You're good to go

Just bring your equipment with you to your new address. We can show you how to install it when you get there.

You should bring your equipment with you to the new location. If you need new equipment, you can schedule a professional installation and a technician will take care of everything.

For many customers, there is no cost to transfer services to a new address. If you’d like help installing equipment or if your move requires professional installation, you may be charged a fee.

You won’t be billed for any gaps in service. In the meantime, you can stay connected during your move with our convenient Zoom Hotspot locations.
