Seven years ago yesterday Apple's Steve Jobs introduced the iPhone; an iPod with a phone, that could also access the internet.
What we didn't know was that it would help change our society. Of course, Blackberry phones already existed, but were mostly a way to get email on your phone. The iPhone took that same concept and focused it on the average consumer, not the business user. Since then we have seen many different iPhones, iPads and all kinds of wireless devices like Android, Windows and Kindles.
Some would argue that we have become too reliant on these types of devices, but having the computing power of your laptop in your pocket is amazing.
