Armstrong would like to remind our customers that an Armstrong service employee will rarely show up to a home unannounced. For your protection when someone comes to your door and claims to be from Armstrong, please check their identification.  Armstrong service employees wear uniforms and carry photo identification cards.  Our logo is prominently displayed on the uniform, identification cards and company vehicles. If you are in doubt about why the person is at your door or checking your connection outside, do not allow that person to enter your residence. Instead, call Armstrong immediately to verify that an Armstrong employee is at your residence on company business. If we ever need to enter your residence, we will call you to arrange for a convenient time. If you call us to report a problem that needs attention, we will estimate a time of arrival so that you know to watch for our service person. In most cases, you will know that an Armstrong employee is arriving at your home.
