The all new i-Guide is designed to give your on screen guide a fresh, sleek new look. If your set top box is connected to a standard definition television, we have some tips to help you maximize your guide viewing experience.
- In the Settings menu, under Guide Setup, change HD TV (normal) to SD TV (tube).
- In the same menu, change tune for HD TV to No.
- On Arris/Motorola set-top boxes, check the User Settings menu by turning the set top box off and by clicking the Menu button.
- Make sure the TV Type is set to 4:3 letterbox or pan scan and YPbPr Output to 480i.
In addition, there are 4 choices for guide colors. To view the options and choose the one that works best for you, go to Setup > Guide Colors Setup.
