NFL RedZone was introduced by NFL Network in 2009. The network broadcasts on Sundays during the NFL regular season from 1:00pm to 8:00pm Eastern. The focus of the NFL RedZone channel are the plays from the 20-yard line to the end zone. They pride themselves in showing "Every touchdown from every game."
The network is a big hit among fantasy football fans. Prior to the 1:00pm game broadcasts, there is a 90 minute pre-game show called "Fantasy Live" focusing on fantasy football and late-breaking news. Throughout the day, viewers are updated on fantasy football statistics as well.
The NFL RedZone is available to Armstrong customers as part of the Extra Pack channel subscription. In addition to the television broadcast, NFL RedZone subscribers have access to live streaming of the NFL RedZone through the Watch NFL Network App.
