Everyone has their own "Hero" in their life.
AHC's Red Bandanna Hero Award Contest recognizes people who have set themselves apart by their courageous actions towards others. The award pays tribute to Welles Remy Crowther, also known as "The Man in the Red Bandanna." Crowther lost his life after he sacrificed himself for others following the attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001.
The winner will be prized with a featured "Hero Moment" on-air and online, $10,000 to donate to an organization of their choice, and a trip, including one guest, to attend the Boston College vs. Florida State Football Game (known as the Red Bandanna Game) on September 18, 2015 at the Boston College Stadium.
