Armstrong is proud to announce that one of our customers was the contest winner.
Nancy Breyer of Ellwood City, PA entered the contest to profess her feelings about her beloved city. According to the
article in the Ellwood City Ledger, her essay focused on the "plain, hard-working, red-blooded citizens" of her town and how they needed a boost.
Destination America and Armstrong have awarded the Ellwood City Festival a cash prize for their use in celebrating the Fourth of July. The festival committee plans to use the prize for an "unforgettable fireworks display," on July 6.
