Now you can access the new Manage Account app right from your TV! This new on-screen app provides you with your basic account information, including your Wi-Fi password, ZoomShare network credentials, billing and data usage information, as well as the ability to upgrade your account.
EXP customers will see the "Manage Account" option in TiVo Central under "Apps". Once you have opened the app, you will see corresponding A , B , C and D buttons that match your remote on the navigation bar. Each tab gives you the ability to see your current products and services that you have, as well as other products and services that you may be eligible to receive.
Each "green" check mark that you see indicates existing services that you are receiving. To view other products and services in detail, click on the item you wish to learn more about and details associated with that product will be provided.
Upgrade opportunities are available on the app as well! To place an order, simply select the product you wish to receive, enter your Armstrong Security PIN, click the "Place Order" button and confirm the order by hitting the "Submit" button.
