Some Trend Micro customers are reporting that they have received notifications on their computer that their current version is no longer supported. The issue is affecting customers who have not updated their software in 5 years or more. While Trend Micro understands that the timing of this notification is frustrating, updating to the latest version only takes a few minutes and ensures that your PC remains protected.
Follow these steps to easily update to the latest version:
- Right click on Trend Micro icon in the system tray
- Click “Check subscription status”
- Click “Click here to get the latest version”
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your installation

Simply click the license key or Trend Micro version you wish to download.
