The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month towards broadband service for eligible households and up to $75 per month for households on Tribal lands. Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 to purchase a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers if they contribute $10-$50 toward the purchase price.

There is no need to call Armstrong. Armstrong has streamlined the processes to make it easier for you to obtain the benefit by following the online processes shown below.
First you apply for eligibility by going to GetEmergencyBroadband.org to enroll. Armstrong cannot do this step for you. You must go online to this site and follow the instructions to verify your household’s eligibility.
Once you have confirmed eligibility through GetEmergencyBroadband.org, click the "Apply Now" button below and fill out the form filling in all the requested information.
You will then sign an acknowledgement of the terms and conditions of this benefit. This is required for government records.
It is important that you provide the correct email and contact number when filling out the forms.
New customers who feel they are eligible for the benefit should follow the steps above and then place an order through the website or call Armstrong Sales for new service. Then you will follow the same steps as shown above to The form will be sent to NLAD (National Lifeline Accountability Database) to confirm your eligibility. Once Armstrong receives confirmation, we will process the discount and you will receive an email confirmation.
