Armstrong Local Programming Coordinator, Seth Prentice, was recently asked to lend his talents to help a local Autism center. The Highlands Hospital asked Prentice to put together a video to be submitted for a contest, where the prize would benefit the hospital's Autism center.
The Highlands Hospital had teamed up with the Cleveland Clinic and the Connellsville, PA local programming channel featured the video about the new partnership. That volunteered time and talent helped the Highlands Hospital to win the Highmark Innovative Award. The award came with a $30,000 prize that was used to purchase a van for the Autism Center. The center will use the van to take their students around the community.
Armstrong is proud of the work that their Local Programming team does and especially excited to see them be a part of this kind of community achievement. Congratulations to everyone involved!
