A second winter weather system ripped through the Tri-State area (WV, OH, KY) this week, cutting off service for many customers and leaving icy roads and fallen trees behind in it's wake. Conditions remain very hazardous for our repair crews and they are diligently working to get service restored as quickly as possible.
