Clear the Cache in Your Favorite Web Browser

If you want to clear the cache in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari or Opera, please review the following steps:

Internet Explorer

• Access the tools menu
• Select Internet Options
• Select Delete under Browsing History
• Check Temporary Internet files, Cookies and History
• Select Delete
• Select OK
• Close the Confirmation box

Mozilla Firefox

• Access the tools menu
• Select Options
• Select the Privacy tab
• Select Clear Your Recent History
• Under Time Range to Clear, select Everything
• Check Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, Cache, Active Logins and Offline Website Data
• Select Clear Now
• Select OK

Google Chrome

• Access the settings menu
• Select Settings
• Select show Advanced Settings
• Under Privacy
• Select Clear browsing data
• Select Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time
• Check Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data and Empty the cache
• Select Clear browsing data
• Close the Settings menu

Safari

• Access the settings menu
• Select Reset Safari
• Check Clear history, Clear the Downloads window, Reset all location warnings and Remove all website data
• Select Reset

Opera

• Select the Opera menu
• Select Settings
• Select Privacy & Security
• Under Privacy, select Clear browsing data
• Select Obliterate the following items from: the beginning of time
• Check Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Delete cookies and other site data and Empty the cache
• Select Clear browsing data
• Close the Settings menu
