Mozilla Thunderbird

If you would like to setup your Zoom Internet email on Mozilla Thunderbird, please review the following steps:

• Select Account Settings from the Tools menu
• Click on the Account Actions button
• Select Add Mail Account
• Enter your display name, email address and password
• Check the Remember password box
• Click Continue
• Thunderbird will automatically search for the incoming and outgoing mail servers
• For manual setup use imap.zoominternet.net on port 993 with SSL on for incoming and smtp.zoominternet.net on port 587 with STARTTLS security with “Normal Password” authentication on for outgoing mail server
• Once the mail servers have been found, click Create Account
• Click OK
