While many of the Armstrong MyWire services offer low bandwidth content, a high bandwidth connection is desirable for viewing the best video quality and for downloading the newest games.

To change your MyWire password, visit www.armstrongonewire.com, log in to your account then click Settings. Click Edit in the Email column of the username whose password you want to change. Click Change then enter and confirm your new password and click Save.

When you log out of email, you are over-riding the Remember Me functionality and will need to log in the next time you want to access your email. If you want to use the Remember Me functionality, simply close your browser without logging out. Armstrong does not recommend using the Remember Me functionality on Public or shared computers. If you want to log out but have your password saved, use your browser's feature to save your password or consider using a password keeper utility.
To disable automatic spell check, click the Preferences tab, select composing under Mail and uncheck Mandatory spellcheck before sending a message then click Save.
To change the FROM name that appears on emails you send, click the Preferences Tab, select Accounts under Mail, enter your name as you would like it to appear in the Form:field and click Save.
To add a personal signature to your email, click the Preferences tab, select Signatures under Mail, create your personal signature and click Save.
If you receive an email that you feel is harassing or obscene, you can send a copy of the email to the sender's webmaster (typically firstname.lastname@example.org) along with your complaint. If the send is a Zoom Internet customer, forward a copy of the email message along with your complaint to email@example.com.
To add an email address or domain to your always allowed or always blocked list, click the Preferences Tab, select AMil and scroll to the SPAM Mail Options section. You can then add individual email addresses or entire domains to your always allowed or always blocked list.

To access my SPAM Web App settings, right-click on the Armstrong SPAM Settings Web App and select Change SPAM Filter Setting.
Messages identified as SPAM are deleted after 14 days so be sure to check the Spam folder occasionally to be certain your selected level of protection is working as expected.
To change from Conversation to Message View or Move/Turn Off the Reading Pane, click the Mail Tab then click View Button above the Subject line field. You will then be able to make any View adjustments you would like.
Unless you share your login information, which we strongly suggest you keep secret, no one except you can access your Armstrong MyWire premium content.
Pop-up ads that are part of the premium service or content providers' offerings cannot be turned off by Armstrong. These ads are a service of the content providers to tune you into special offers.
If you can't view the Start Page or a premium content video stream:
Depending on the speed and RAM of your computer, you can keep several programs running at the same time, including Armstrong MyWire content. However, certain programs that require a lot of virtual memory, such as graphics programs, or a Web camera, may impede your system's ability to process a video stream from Armstrong MyWire. You should close such programs if you have consistent problems with system resources, or your browser crashes more than once when viewing premium video streams at the same time.
