On January 11, 2024, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) issued an Order with guidance for the wind down of the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The ACP program may be ending because the current funding is projected to be exhausted in April 2024, and Congress has not approved additional funding.

If Congress does not pass new legislation to fund the ACP program, your government subsidy credit for Internet service will end, and you will receive a bill for your current level of Zoom Internet service. Armstrong values your business and appreciates having you as a customer. We are proud that our rates for Internet service have not increased in 4 years.

As the government continues to consider additional funding options, we will continue to keep you updated on the status of the program.
