Copyright Infringement Notice

Armstrong is required by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to notify its customers when Armstrong receives notification from a copyright owner, or its authorized agent, of an alleged infringement of one or more copyrighted works made on or over Armstrong's Zoom Internet Service.

The copyright owner has identified the Internet Protocol (IP) address associated with your Zoom account as the source of the infringing works. Armstrong retains records and was able to match the identified IP address as being associated with your Zoom account on the date indicated by the copyright holder or its authorized agent.

At this time, your information has not been shared with the copyright owner or its authorized agent. Armstrong respects the privacy of its customers, however, upon receipt of a court order your information may be disclosed as required by law.

While you may not have personal knowledge of the identified infringement, someone in your household may. Also, if you have an unsecured wireless network, someone might be using your Internet connection without your knowledge. In either case, you are responsible for any and all use of the Zoom Internet Service, whether authorized or not, originating from the IP address assigned to your account.
