Adding an extra layer of security to your Armstrong account is easy with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). By enabling MFA, you'll protect your personal information even if your password is compromised. Follow these steps to secure your account today.
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an additional verification step when logging in to your Armstrong account. In addition to your username and password, you will verify your identity using a secondary method, like a code sent to your phone or an authentication app.
Click here to sign into your Armstrong account and access your user settings.
Under your username, look for the option labeled Enable MFA.
Click the “Enable” button next to the Enable MFA option.
You will be prompted to select a method for verifying your identity. Choose one of the following:
Once you’ve set up your preferred method, you will receive a one-time code. Enter that code in the provided field to complete the setup process.
You will see a confirmation message letting you know that MFA has been successfully enabled on your Armstrong account.
While it’s not currently required, we highly recommend enabling MFA for enhanced account security.
If you are unable to access your chosen MFA method, you can recover your account using the recovery email or phone number linked to your account. Please contact our support team if additional help is needed.
If you need to disable MFA, please contact our customer support team for assistance. However, we strongly recommend keeping MFA enabled to ensure your account remains protected.
