Armstrong offers a program to help low-income residential customers. Lifeline is a Federal government assistance program. If you are a low-income residential customer you may qualify for a $9.25/month discount off your internet or $5.25/month discount off your telephone service. This benefit is limited to one discount per household and is non-transferable.
Lifeline 135 gives a monthly credit off your service. Customers have a choice on where to apply this credit.
Voice Only Service or voice service bundled with broadband below the minimum standards
ORInternet Service: A customer may choose to apply the credit on a qualifying internet service, which may be part of a bundle.
