Enable Auto-Tune

If your set-top box will only change channels when you enter all 3 digits or press enter then Auto-Tune is not enabled. Please review the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • On your remote, press CABLE then the MENU button twice.
  • Select the SETUP menu then choose GUIDE SETUP
  • Make sure Channel Entry Method is set to AUTO TUNE
  • Press EXIT
