If you are a fiber-to-the-home customer and you hear a beeping noise, it may be coming from Armstrong's equipment. The beeping indicates that there was a power loss to the battery unit. Locate the Armstrong equipment. The box is typically installed near the area where Armstrong's wire enters your home. Be sure the unit has not been unplugged. If the beeping is a result of a commercial power loss to the home, the unit may be silenced for 24 hours by pressing the Silence Alarm button.
