Lisa Mellon is the General Manager of Grove City at Armstrong, a role she stepped into after a successful career spanning over 24 years in telecommunications. Lisa began her career in 2000 with Bell Atlantic, spending 14 years in the traditional ILEC business before joining Armstrong in 2020 as an Office Supervisor in the Meadville office. She later advanced to the position of Customer Operations Supervisor in 2023. Throughout her career, Lisa has been dedicated to driving operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Lisa holds a bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University and is committed to leading the Grove City team to proudly serve the community. Outside of work, Lisa resides in Jackson Center, PA with her husband Brett. They are also a proud parents to two adult daughters, Lyndsey and Abby
