Our Response to the Coronavirus
Armstrong is committed to keeping our customers connected as the country experiences the serious unprecedented disruptions due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. To ensure you are fully connected to all networks and better able to work or perform school assignments from home, effective Monday, March 16th, Armstrong will relax data allowance policies for all levels of residential Zoom Internet service. This will ensure that all residential Internet customers have unlimited data allowances and will not have to worry about overage charges, all subject to our standard terms and conditions.
In addition, Armstrong will open all Wi-Fi Hot Spots in our service areas to the general public. Customers can find Hot Spot locations here.
These measures will be in effect for the next 60 days and may be extended, as deemed necessary, during this on-going crisis.
Armstrong’s Network Operations Centers will remain fully staffed, 24/7 to ensure network performance and reliability. Our entire family of dedicated workers are committed to our customers and the communities we serve. You can count on Armstrong to deliver the services you depend on.
Further updates regarding Armstrong's response to the challenges ahead will be forthcoming as information becomes available and may be found any time here.
Please stay safe and healthy.
