Our Response to the Coronavirus
Armstrong committed to keeping our customers connected as the country experienced the serious unprecedented disruptions due to the Coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak. To ensure you were fully connected to all networks and better able to work or perform school assignments from home, effective Monday, March 16th, Armstrong relaxed data allowance policies for all levels of residential Zoom Internet service. This ensured that all residential Internet customers had unlimited data allowances and did not have to worry about overage charges, all subject to our standard terms and conditions.
In addition, Armstrong will open all Wi-Fi Hot Spots in our service areas to the general public. Customers can find Hot Spot locations here.
These measures remained in effect until June 30th, 2020. As always, Armstrong will continue to work with accounts that have been affected by the Covid-19 crisis.
Armstrong’s Network Operations Centers remains fully staffed, 24/7 to ensure network performance and reliability. Our entire family of dedicated workers are committed to our customers and the communities we serve. You can count on Armstrong to deliver the services you depend on.
Please stay safe and healthy.
