If you have purchased a router from Belkin or Linksys, we are aware of a known issue currently affecting these routers. This is not an issue with your internet service. You can bypass your router to restore your internet service or you can try a router reset.
A reset can be completed by unplugging the router power cord from the router for approximately 1 minute. After restoring power, please allow several minutes for the router to completely reset.
If connectivity is not restored, we ask that you contact the router manufacturer.
